Get Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card
On November 8, 2016, Arkansas voters approved Issue 6, which legalizes medical marijuana. Issue 6, the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016, will allow patients with at least one qualifying condition to obtain and use medical marijuana with a doctor approval.
List of Qualifying Conditions
- Cancer
- Glaucoma
- HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis C
- ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease
- Tourette’s syndrome
- Crohn’s disease
- Ulcerative colitis
- PTSD
- Severe arthritis
- Fibromyalgia
- Alzheimer’s disease
- A chronic or debilitating disease that produces: intractable pain, cachexia or wasting syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, severe nausea, seizures, severe or persistent muscle spasms
The Department of Health has the power to approve new qualifying conditions.
