The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission has completed the application scoring process and chosen the state’s first five medical marijuana cultivators.
Licenses will be issued in the near future, according to Arkansas Matters. Ninety other applicants were hopeful that their names would be called. Natural State Medicinal Cultivators scored the highest.
The five chosen cultivators are:
- Natural State Medicinal Cultivators
- Bold Team LLC
- Natural State Wellness Enterprises
- Osage Creek Cultivation
- Delta Medical Cannabis Company, Inc.
Natural State Wellness Enterprises submitted multiple applications, so they have to choose which location they wish to open and that location will receive the license.
